A review of modern software for studying the properties of polymer composite materials during their processing

This paper presented the key capabilities and functions of various available software packages for working with composite materials. The study covered a wide range of tools, including specialized CAD systems, computational modules, and modeling platforms. Particular attention is paid to ease of use, calculation accuracy, and integration with other engineering programs. The results demonstrate that modern packages enable efficient composite design, optimization of material parameters, and analysis of their behavior under various loads. Furthermore, cost, developer support, and user training are discussed. The strengths and weaknesses of each solution are identified, helping specialists select the optimal tool for their needs.
