Reorganization of production logistics systems of industrial enterprises

The study tested the role of implementing logistics concepts in organizing the work of an industrial enterprise. On the example of a closed joint-stock company "Novomet Perm" there was reorganized a single segment of production logistics system by introducing kanban system.
