The economic status and development trends of the defense-industrial complex enterprise

The article considers a strategy for assessing the economic status of enterprises functioning within the Almaz-Antey Air and Space Defense Corporation, the largest mixed holding of the Russian defense-industrial complex, as well as determining the recommendations on solving the identified problems. We find out the fundamental problems of the branch and conduct the investigation of the enterprise infrastructure comprising the internal environment analysis, marketing situation analysis, the calculation of the human resources management efficiency, the production and basic funds analysis and financial analysis. Additionally the article focuses on the external environment of the organization determining the trends of its development. In conclusion we plan the course of the enterprises development.
