Development of a model for increasing the efficiency of team work

In the modern world in the face of intense international competition, project implementation is impossible without effective project team management. Lack of organized activities of team members and lack of communication in the team lead to non-implementation of the project on time. The purpose of the article is to develop a model for improving the efficiency of teamwork. All the most popular models for improving the efficiency of teamwork are considered, the analysis and comparison of these models are carried out, and their common features are highlighted. Based on the results of the study, the author has developed his own model for improving the efficiency of teamwork. Conclusions are drawn about the need to adapt the model to the project.
