Socio-psychological aspects of youth Internet communication

One of the main problems of modern society is outlined, which boils down to the growing trend of virtual communication among young people. The conditions of the modern process of youth socialization are very different from the conditions in which the previous generations were. Social activity of young people and adolescents unfolds not only in real, but also in virtual space. The social and psychological aspects of Internet communication are considered. On the basis of a sociological survey, an analytical study of queries in search engines (Google, Yandex), the nature of the influence of virtual communication on the everyday life of people has been established. The paper describes the human desire for anonymity on the World Wide Web.
