Adaptation of a young specialist in the social sphere of professional activities

The paper studies problems of a young specialist adaptation to the professional activities and analyzes specifics of social and psychological adaptation of young specialists in a new team. It determines the reasons, why young employees are leaving their first job during the first employment year. General perspective areas for the psychologist work in implementing the young specialist successful adaptation are revealed. Effective modern methods are considered that the companies are able to include in their activities ensuring successful adaptation of the young professionals. The difference between modern programs for adaptation of the young personnel in the organization from the already existing widely used programs is noted.
