Braille’s point method of writing and reading is based on using the alphabet of the relief-dot tactile font and is one of the main approaches for the blind to communicate with the world. A device was developed to learn the Braille’s point ABC. It is a canvas strip connected in the Mobius strip with signs and corresponding symbols of the relief-dot tactile Braille’s font. The paper provides information on the new device design options. The device was tested on the basis of the Yakut Republican Special Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired. The paper analyzes results of the control check and evaluation of the effectiveness in operation. The new device is patented in Russia.
