The basis of any microelectronic device is a printed circuit board with electrical circuit mounting. Installation of components is most often carried out with the help of soldering technology. Flux is used in the soldering process. Flux is a substance chemically active in nature so after soldering it is necessary to carefully remove the remains of flux from the surface of the board. There is a wide range of flux-cleaning liquids available on the market. Each liquid has its own specific properties, which are aimed at effective dissolution of certain substances included in flux. This article discusses combinations of flux-cleaning fluids and commonly used fluxes.
