The widespread introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) into business processes promises companies significant efficiency gains and new opportunities. However, the use of AI involves a number of risks of various nature, from technical and financial to legal. In this paper, the main groups of risks in the implementation of AI in the activities of organizations are considered: technical, financial and legal. Examples of real business cases illustrating these risks are given, and methods for minimizing them are proposed. It is concluded that there is a need for an integrated and responsible approach to AI integration, including risk management, to ensure the sustainable and safe development of companies.
