Intelligent decision-making systems as the conflict resolution tool: review of modern approaches and practices

The paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the intelligent decision-making systems use in the conflict resolution context. By studying both Russian and foreign research and publications, the authors summarize modern approaches and practices in this area. Particular attention is paid to relevance of this problem in the modern society. The paper describes in detail methodology of developing the intelligent systems designed for the effective conflict management taking into account various aspects, including those technological and ethical. In the context of the latter, problems related to protection of data confidentiality and respect for human rights are discussed. Results of this work make it possible to better understand the intelligent system role and significance in conflict resolution and indicate their potential in solving complex problems in various spheres of social activity.
