The paper considers benefits and compensations for citizens called up for the military service in mobilization, entering the military service under a contract or under a special contract for voluntary assistance in performing tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. The paper compares them with the guarantees for such persons in Germany and Great Britain. The paper objective is to analyze and study the benefits for the above-mentioned citizens, since most of them do not even know about their existence due to a significant number of regulations governing the amount and procedure in providing these guarantees. The paper focuses on the labor guarantees provided in the Russian Federation and their difference from the benefits provided by labor legislation of the other countries. It defines the employer responsibilities in relation to this category of employees and describes the latter rights. The paper uses the method of searching and reconstructing the information obtained. It comes to a conclusion that Russian Federation takes maximum care of the military personnel and mobilized citizens. The country supports them and provides a significant list of guarantees and benefits that improve lives of the mobilized people, military personnel and their families. These achievements put our state in a leading position in terms of the number of these advantages compared to many countries in the world.
