Opportunities for minors to file a statement of claim

The civil rights of a child can be violated by anyone. Individuals, organizations, and even government agencies have the ability to harm a minor through their actions or, on the contrary, through inaction. This paper examines the issue of limited legal capacity of minors, which entails the need to have a fully capable person present in all proceedings related to the protection of their civil rights. This article deals with the possibility for a minor to protect his/her civil rights independently or through an intermediary, as well as with the peculiarities of filing a statement of claim by such a person.
