Requirements for a government official in the public administration system

The article deals with analysing the civil service in the Russian Federation, studying legislative acts regulating civil service types on the federal level and on the level of federal subjects of the Russian Federation. We consider in detail the primary principles that form the basis of the civil service system activity. We analyse requirements for government officials, including a code of ethics.
