Quality improvement and reconstruction of digital video images

The article is devoted to the study of video records, and especially the improvement of digital video images, as well as their reconstruction, which helps to identify subtle details and focus on individual details and characteristics of the original video image that are of interest to the expert. The concepts of improving and reconstructing video images are revealed, diagnostic and individual (identification) features of the video being studied are identified, general algorithms for reconstruction and technical improvement of images are listed. Practical examples are considered of technical improvement of the image with a darkened face of a person, as well as images of the registration plate of a vehicle captured on video.
