Application of the position determination method for detecting human limbs

The paper considers an actual problem of computer vision for limb recognition. The possibility of positioning the end link of a robotic manipulator with an ultrasonic sensor attached to it using computer vision algorithms has been investigated. The possibility of operation of the human - machine interface with negative feedback is analyzed, due to which it is possible to control the maximum pressing force of the ultrasonic sensor on the patient’s body using automated visualization of the study area, as well as an algorithm for calculating the input parameters. The presented method will be in demand for further surgical or diagnostic procedures.
