The problems of the industrial property subjects’ commercialization: causes and possible solutions

The article considers the problems related to the commercialization of the industrial property subjects. It puts forward an assumption regarding the complexity of using the advertisement in the case of the patent law objects. We analyze the typical reasons of these problems. The authors find out that the peculiar features of the patent law objects, the specific aspects of the innovation market and the nature of the innovative products influence the commercialization level. Potential investors and enterprises or inventors eventually do not have proper exchange of information. Advertising does not work with respect to the patent law objects. We offer possible solutions such as organizing accumulative associations that will contribute to the commercialization of the patent law objects.
