Artificial intelligence influence on the principles and tools in time management

The paper proves relevance of the digital transformation influence on the human resource management. To prove this, it defines the concept of artificial intelligence (AI), and considers in detail its advantages and disadvantages in management. The paper provides examples of organizations, where the AI capabilities changed the approach to personnel recruitment, learning and adaptation. Alterations in time management dictated by the digital transformation are analyzed, namely transition from the manual tasks to using special applications and systems based on the AI that automate solution of the production tasks and labor functions. Thus, the employees’ free time would be provided. The paper identifies possibilities and prospects for the AI development in time management of the organizations.
