Effectiveness of labor organization forms in the digital environment

The article is devoted to studying the impact of the digital economy development on labor efficiency and productivity. The article presents development of the information society in the Russian Federation in 2013–2018 based on certain indicators. This period is selected as the most indicative and open for data collection over the decade. Essence of main areas in increasing productivity and labor efficiency at the enterprises as a result of introducing the digital technologies is revealed. Application of the Agile project management method to increase labor productivity at the domestic enterprises is considered. Necessity to develop and implement modern digital technologies is substantiated to increase labor efficiency and productivity both at the enterprises and in the country as a whole. Economy digitalization provides a stimulating effect in all spheres of society. Integration of the information and communication technologies into the labor organization process is a key trend characterizing specifics of the fourth industrial revolution. Comparing Russian and foreign experience in introducing the remote forms of interaction between employees and employers makes it possible to identify strengths and weaknesses of the approaches to organizing employment.
