On the issue of supervision by the prosecutor's office over the observance of prohibitions and restrictions by state and municipal employees

The article examines the problems that arise during the supervision by the prosecutor's office of the observance of prohibitions and restrictions by state and municipal employees, analyzes the practice of prosecutorial supervision, and identifies typical violations of laws encountered during prosecutorial inspections in this area. Based on the analysis of the current legislation and practice of the prosecutor's office, it is concluded that there are a sufficient number of problems when conducting this type of supervisory activity by prosecutors. In the article, the authors propose a number of specific proposals for possible elimination of problems that arise during prosecutorial supervision of compliance by state and municipal employees with prohibitions and restrictions.
