The article discusses the concepts of “creativity” and “creative activity” in the context of the development of artificial intelligence technologies. The relevance of the topic is due to the development of modern technologies, the autonomous operation of artificial intelligence without direct human participation and contribution. The author examines the doctrine and clarifications of the provisions of current legislation in order to determine the significance of the criterion of “creativity” and creative contribution in creating the results of intellectual activity using artificial intelligence technologies.
