Unification of proceedings in the context of procedural rules

This paper examines the legal rules of judicial procedure, which are of the same type in different procedural codes of the Russian Federation. The similarity of some procedural norms, indicating the unification of court proceedings, is noted. The article analyzes the results of adoption of the Resolution of Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation №30 and highlights the main legislative innovations. The criteria of importance of constant and systematic improvement of civil procedural legislation due to modernization of various court proceedings are outlined. The necessity of constant monitoring of changes in the procedural legislation is shown. It is concluded that the unification of the rules of judicial procedure is useful.
